Top and bottom sealing
Rubbish dumps must have good top and bottom sealing that complies with the IBC-criteria (Isoleren, Beheersen, Controleren or Insulate, Manage, Control). An HPDE 2.0 mm plastic foil in combination with a mineral layer is required in the regulations given in the Rubbish dump decree. Genap has all relevant sealing products available that can be deployed in order to guarantee a waterproof seal. However, depending on the application single seals can be used.
