Concrete protection (lining):
Genap bv uses a specially developed lining, the “AgruSafe Sure Grip” (HDPE minimum thickness 2.5 mm). This lining is prescribed and applied in particular for sewage water purification installations. Where aggressive drainage water or aggressive vapours can attack the concrete Genap bv fits the lining in consultation with the customer.

The lining has to be fitted in the formwork. Helped by the fact that Genap bv uses flat plates these can be supplied prefab to the work, thus saving fitting time. After the formwork has been removed the seams are welded 100% in the work by extrusion welding. All welds are checked for compactness using the spark-coil test method.

Advantages of the Agru Sure Grip:
This lining is exceptionally suitable for concrete protection because of its good physical properties. The lining is resistant to many chemicals (a list is available on request) and it has a high UV resistance.

The lining also has good resistance to erosion and it is easy to clean. The patented swallowtail anchors (about 420/m²) guarantee a high resistance to pulling out and food fixation in all directions.

Execution:
Before the lining can be put in place Genap bv prepares working drawings that are sent in digital form to the customer for approval. We prepare sawing drawings and if necessary layout drawings based on these working drawings taking into account the standard plate dimensions of 4 x 2 m. Each plate supplied by Genap bv is given an identification number as marked on the corresponding sawing drawing. After approval Genap bv supplies the lining plates that have been cut to size to the site and the customer pours the concrete. Our KIWA and VCA-certified mechanics weld all the seams after the formwork has been removed and the lining cleaned.

As well as a lining we can also apply a Re-Lining. These are HDPE plates with a minimum thickness of 5 mm.
